How fast is delivery?
Most orders placed during store hours are delivered the same day. You can choose a time slot at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery, GCash and cards (PayMongo), QR Ph, your AquaBlue wallet, loyalty points, and Pay Later for approved customers.
How do loyalty points work?
You earn points on every completed order and every counter purchase when you show your loyalty QR or card. Redeem them for free water and rewards.
Do you collect empty containers?
Yes. Our riders collect your empty gallons when they deliver your refills.
How do I delete my account?
Open the AquaBlue Connect app → Account → Delete account, or see our account deletion page.
